Please join us Thursday May 26 for this special screening of "The Videoblogs," an independent feature film by Writer/Director Michael DiBiasio (CC'06) who will be in town from New York to do a post film Q&A.

The film provides a view into the life of a struggling young woman which takes a surprise turn when a troubled teenager finds her private video journal.

Michael is a writer and filmmaker of "hopeful stories for complex people" (and also some silly comedic material). He lives in Brooklyn with his talented wife and adorable pets. He is also the host of "Coffee with Creatives," a podcast where he interviews creative peers from various industries to discuss how to create great work and how to keep creating it.

The film itself (which is under 90 minutes) starts at 7:30 p.m. If you only attend the film it should wrap up after the Q&A by 9:30 p.m.

We hope you will then join us for another hour or so to mix and mingle with alumni and their guests at a nearby Detroit venue. We'll pick up the tab for some appetizers, too. Drinks are on your own.

Please purchase your tickets —  $11 per person — by ordering through this link: http://bit.ly/VBtixDet

Feel free to bring guests.

While we are not selling the tickets, we would like a headcount for alumni and their guests so we can plan for the afterglow. Please RSVP below if you plan to go.
