Letter from the Co-Presidents: Ellen Piligian & Thomas Libby

Greetings Alumni!

This is a quick note to let everyone know that while the club has been a bit quiet these past many months we are ramping up to get some events going. We have had some leadership changes as well with our most recent president, Joshua Kim, taking a terrific job opportunity out of state. We will miss him. For the moment we have two new co-presidents, Ellen Piligian (a past co-president) and Thomas Libby, who has led a number of highly popular Detroit Auto Show events for the club.

Please check our EVENTS page to find out about events as we post them, and see our NEWS page for additional info. We'd love to hear from you if you have any news about area alumni you think we should share.

Mostly, we welcome and encourage active involvement and engagement with the club, which is only as strong as its members. Being an active member provides networking opportunities with other alumni — a fun, diverse and very friendly group. It's also a chance for you to plan and lead a networking or speaker event you find interesting. We'd love to hear from you.

One last note: If you've not created a login profile on our website, please do. It's the best way to stay in touch and get emails about events. And please connect with us on our Facebook page: Columbia Alumni Association of Michigan. Just ask to join and we'll add you. (If the link is not working just search for us on FB.)

We look forward to seeing you soon.
