Please join us for our first CAA Michigan Community Dinner Thursday, May 7 at 7 p.m.
Club Officer Vadim Avshalumov has graciously offered to host this event at his home in the Park Shelton building, next to the Detroit Institute of Arts. Due to space constraints, we can only accept 15 RSVPs so please respond soonest. (You may notice we set the limit on the website to accept up to 20 only to have names in case of cancellations.)
We'll enjoy a relaxed, three-course meal catered by an up-and-coming Detroit restaurant (TBD). Weather permitting, we'll have dessert and drinks on the building's beautiful roof deck with sweeping views of the city.
There is no charge for this event but we do ask that each person bring some kind of beverage to share. That can be a bottle of wine, a selection of cold beers, juice, soda pop, whatever. Feel free to surprise us.
While the restaurant is TBD, we can tell you the meal will be either vegetarian or pescatarian (seafood). The event starts at 7 p.m. We'll start with a little ice breaker and introductions before we break bread.
Again, this is limited to the first 15 RSVPs. We only ask that you be fairly certain you can make it before you commit. We know plans do change so we will keep a waiting list as backup. Guests will get full details, including Vadim's address, closer to the dinner.
We look forward to seeing you!
