Dear Columbia Alumni, Family, and Friends,

We had a blast last year at this now-annual event. While we didn't take home a prize, competing in the corn hole tournament was a fun way to show our Columbia spirit. It's also a terrific opportunity to make new friends.

 WHAT: You are invited to the Michigan All-Ivy Summer Event (MAISE); a family friendly picnic celebrating summer with other Ivy alumni groups.

 WHEN: Sunday, August 16, 2026 from Noon to 4pm (rain or shine).

 WHERE: Shelter L at Kensington Metropark: 4570 Huron River Parkway, Milford, MI

 ●      Kensington Metropark surrounds beautiful Kent Lake and offers a variety of recreational activities like hiking, biking, boating, swimming, and disc golf.

 ●      Shelter L has a view of Kent Lake, 9 large picnic tables under the roof, grill, and nearby restrooms and a hike-bike trail.

FOOD: The picnic is BYO, so bring your own food, beverages, and any other picnic items.  Charcoal for the grills, water and basic refreshments will be available.

 COST: No charge for the picnic but park entrance requires a $10 Daily Vehicle Pass or Annual Metropark Pass.

 Show your school spirit — colors, apparel, banners and swag! A friendly competitive Cornhole Tournament will award trophies to the winning schools.

We will have a table with Columbia colors and signage so please seek that out.
